Studio Policies 2005-2006
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to the 2005-2006 school year. I am looking forward to the musical growth of all my students this year. In order to
provide fair and equal treatment to each student, the following guidelines will apply:
1. Tuition will be $40 per month for half hour lessons and $80 per month for hour lessons. Please note that there is no per-lesson
fee; each tuition payment is due in full on the first lesson of each month. No refunds or credits will be given.
2. Lessons will be given on all days that Champion Middle School is in session. If school is closed for snow days, minor holidays,
or teacher in service days, I will offer lessons at my house in Cortland. Should this situation occur and you want to have
a lesson, please notify me by calling my cell phone prior to 2:00 P.M.
3. To assist me with scheduling, cancellation of a lesson must be given 24 hours in advance. Please email me or call my cell
phone to cancel.

4. If a missed lesson is cancelled on time or cancelled due to holiday or teacher absence, the student may attend the make-up
class. This will be given on the last Thursday of every month from 6:30-7:30. If you plan to attend, please contact me one
week in advance so that I can plan accordingly. Private make-ups may be available depending upon changes in my schedule, but
this is not guaranteed.
